Tackling youth unemployment is a big task that needs political support and social goodwill as well as involvement from a range of stakeholders.
There‘s of course the young people along with parents, teachers and schools. Then there’s the local community, business groups and potential employers. It’s a complex mix and even though they’re all engaged and willing to help the young find their way in the world sometimes making the connections and developing relationships needs a third party or broker to get things rolling.
